Eco-Smart: The Eco-Smart feature allows you to harness the power of green energy solutions, such as solar panels or wind turbines, to charge your EV. With this feature, you’ll have two modes to choose from- you can either go fully green and utilize your in-house green energy completely, or you can switch modes and use a mix of green and grid energy.
Power Boost: Protect your property, with Wallbox’s dynamic load balancing solution – Power Boost. The Power Boost feature avoids exceeding your home’s power capacity by safely charging your EV with smart technology. It slows down your EV charging speed if your power is running at full capacity, and then the power is redirected back to your vehicle when capacity frees up again, such as when an appliance is shut down. With this feature, you can benefit from an optimized charging solution that also protects your property against sudden power outages and high electricity bills.
Power Sharing: Wallbox allows you to charge multiple EVs at once with their built-in load balancing feature that distributes power across connected chargers in a secure and protected manner. There’s no need for infrastructure upgrades or risk of overloading your electricity supply, as Wallbox distributes energy through the connected EVs evenly. You can connect up to 4 chargers at no additional cost.
WALLBOX SMART APP
Wallbox’s smart app lets you monitor your charger’s status and control it remotely from your mobile device. You can view your real-time statistics, program charging at cheaper rates and manage your charger’s users in just a few clicks.
They also offer an online portal specifically for business owners, so you can group your chargers by location and manage different levels of access for users.

HOW FAST DOES WALLBOX PULSAR MAX CHARGE?
The WPM charges at speeds of 7kWh, which is three times faster than a regular 3-pin plug, though the exact charge time for your car will depend on your vehicle type and battery size.
WHAT MAKES WALLBOX PULSAR MAX DIFFERENT TO OTHER EV CHARGERS?
Wallbox EV chargers are described as ‘simple and tough’. They are designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and have been sold worldwide in around eighty different countries.
IS WALLBOX PULSAR MAX TETHERED OR UNTETHERED?
The WPM is a tethered charger, which means you will need to ensure you get the correct connector for your car.
The cable comes in a standard 5m length, but this can be upgraded to a 7m cable if needed.
CAN THE WALLBOX PULSAR MAX CHARGE USING RENEWABLE ENERGY?
Yes – the WPM has an ‘eco-smart’ feature that allows for both solar energy charging and grid power charging.
We had Josh come out to fit an Ohme charge pod. He was excellent; quick, efficient and friendly. He even swept the floor after himself and changed something that he noticed had been left in an unsafe condition by our electricians. So impressed, would highly recommend.
