THE EV CHARGEPOINT GRANT FOR LANDLORDS
The EV Chargepoint Grant for Landlords offers financial support to landlords and other entities to install EV chargepoints at residential or commercial UK properties. Similar to the WCS Grant, the amount given to landlords by the government is per chargepoint socket installed and provides up to 75% of the cost towards the purchase and installation of a chargepoint socket, up to a value of £350 per grant. Landlords can receive a maximum of 200 grants per year for residential properties, and 100 for commercial properties. These can either be used across a number of properties or just for one property.
